I'm with lloyds and they have been brilliant. Bank manager is always willing to see me and help out with absolutely anything even if it means speaking a few hours with mortgage rubbish and they get nothing out of it. I've been in and out a few times in the last month talking about best mortgage rates (my fixed rate is up soon) and moving money around, setting up a baby bank account etc etc. I'd super recommend them!
I'd go into each branch and ask to speak to someone about changing banks and see what they do for you. If they are willing to spend lots of time explaining all their accounts with you then I'd bet they'd be good to go with. XX

We had a lot of problems with Halifax so we changed to Lloyds and they are brilliant xx
