I got ONE decent air of jeans out of New look - a size 18 ad they are big fitting. So you would think I am a size 18 in there other jeans eh??

Not so!! It was like pulling on friggin leggings. Wouldn't have minded if maybe this original pair had stretched etc,but they were high waisted and thick denim, and the fit of them hasn't changed since I got them. They look as new and have only been washed about 6 times.

As for your ann summers basque - there is a way to do them up yourself. My mate can do her corset p super tight herself - something to do with the way it is laced.

I prefer low-rise jeans as they're more comfortable (I hate anything across my belly), but it's hard to find ones that aren't so low that they slide right down my bum if I sit! I don't know if my butt is unusually high or something, but half the time I try on a pair of jeans and try to sit down in them, I may as well not be wearing trousers at all by the time my bum hits the seat. Who wants that?!?

New Look drive me mad with their jeans. I used to only buy my jeans from them, because I'm a 14 on bottom and a 10/12 on top, and New look jeans were the only ones that fit me properly around my bum and my waist! Now they've got all these different types. I JUST WANT SOME TROUSERS! I DON'T WANT AN INTELLECTUAL CHALLENGE!! I can never work it out - I've gone to Gap instead!

i know what you mean, i used to work for ann summers and some of the products were extorshantely priced and completely impractical for the purpose.

As for jeans, i know exactly what you mean and i'm a 12/14 but i still feel uncomfy showing off my midrife, it would seem the only way to have your belly covered is by wearing high waisted jeans which are expensive and not always comfy

Rant over LOL

I heard the hula ones are good to in newlook! But havnt seen them in there for awhile , i shop in Littlewoods for jeans as they do high rise ones ( not the ridicusly high ones that they were back then) but ones to cover up , alittle pricey but i have had mine for 2 years and still going strong! Around £40 For em

i liked newlook ones cos they were a nice fit and they were cheep. Mine ware out inbetween the thigh where legs rub together so a pair of jeans only lasts me 12 weeks max.
