We started ours off at £20, but were only happy to take £35 or above.. if not, we were going to end it last minute but a few people bid and pushed the price up at the end. We're getting £15 for postage as well.

I would email the person who won it and explain that the pads are not with it, but if you find them you will send them too, they are just a comfort thing baby will be safe without them.

then if they want a refund then theres nothingyou can do, but personally I wouldnt be bothered and would buy it anyway xxx

If it was me buying the car seat and the pic showed the pads and it didn't say in the listing it didn't come with the pads then i'd be annoyed because I would have bought the car seat thinking the pads were with it

I would be annoyed If I hadn't been told about it, but if she emails the person explaining now then she can withdraw her bids, or ask for a refund, or she might be happy to accept it with out the pads.

Think the chest pads are just a comfort thing too, stop the straps rubbing.

We did e-mail her (we're not rude lol) and explained that we can only find one of the pads, we also rang Mamas & Papas just to confirm that they were indeed a comfort feature, rather than safety. She still wants us to send the car seat, but we said when we find the other pad we will send her it, so thats good as it would have been a load of faffing about otherwise.
