For 4 days now i have been trying to buy something off there website. But the last 3 days I have been trying about 20 times at least a day to purchase stuff as there is an offer I like for Darrens Mum. Where a set has been reduced from £40 to £26 but it runs out tomorrow!

Every time I put something in my basket it says error or takes me to a error screen about the sites HTML. I managed to get onto the contact us screen to email them, and when i clicked send it wiped my form out, so I rote it again and tried but (copyed and pasted it this time) and it did the same. now its just not loading at all. I have tried googling for the email address but it is no where to be found, can anyone help?

My mail is something along the lines of:

Over the last 4 days I have been trying to purchase items on your website with little success. Every time I put something in my basket it takes me to a error screen (about the HTML on the site) or the one time my basket worked, it would not let me proceed to check out!
I have been a customer at boots for well over 10 years and cannot fault your brand in anyway apart from this. Your 3 for 2 Christmas offers are the best around and I spend hundreds of pounds throughout the year. This year I have decided to do all my shopping on line due to having a toddler now who unfortunately doesn't take well to shopping trips! However I am unable to even shop online now due to the errors on your site. The reason I am so hasty to purchase now is that a particular offer I am interested in (the Elle Mcphearson Body gift set & bag) ends on Thursday the 5th! I am unable to get to my City Centre store before tomorrow and I think it is a shame that if I don't get the site to work before tomorrow i will have to go to another store to buy my Mother in Laws birthday present. I am just writing to suggest that you fix this error promptly as other customers may not be as patient as me.

But i cant even send it to them. Do you think if I find the address somehow by phoning them tomorrow they would honour the price at a later date as it was there fault I cant purchase it?

GRRRR I wanna give them money why wont they let me ahah tehres so many things i wanna buy incase i spend the money, but if i go into a store i will buy crap I dont need with money I do need!!!

Hey, ive just tried the site and it seems to be working okay for me :S i seen the set ur wantin & added it to my basket to see if it worked and it says the offers missed, im not sure if that means the offer is no longer available as it runs out 2mor or not :S

Offer missed is because it is 3 for 2 so you woul dpotentionally be missing out if you didnt put 2 mor ethings in your basket HOWEVER. it has just dawned on me it could be my Mac. A good few sites are dodgey with Safari internet.

Are you a PC with windows explorer? I am going to try my boyfriends net book now and see if i can get on his x

you can phone up and order it over the phone iv had problems with them today it wouldnt let me pay for some reason, i called them up and they done it over the phone, worth giving it a go x

Mine says missed offer too, but the total does still say £26.00, so it seems to be ok. I tried and I could get through to check-out too. Could you get a friend or family member to buy it for you? Or use someone else's computer to buy it?

The missed offer parts means you missed out on the 3 for 2 offer by just buying that..
