To anyone who has filed a complaint to ASDA.....

What was the best email address to use would you say? I have emailed customer enquiries and still no responce.

I dont want to phone my local one cos they have a really bad record for customer care!!

there seems to be so many complaints about asda at the moment yesterday i could not get down some of the isles due to re-stocking, we brought a game the other week in a £10 section and got charged £15 when we realised had opened the game ect they said nothing they can do it was just in the wrong area, most things i wanted where on the top shelfs and right at the back so i would of had to climb to reach it

oh and baby changing area was dirty dirty

I complained about ASDA's cafe.... Guess what ASDA don't take responsibility for their cafes!!!! They're owned by someone else so I would need to contact them. Outrageous!!!! If a Cafe is plastered with ASDA decor and they all wear ASDA uniforms but they're not ASDA. Pathetic,

/Rant over

Mine is an ongoing thing really and because I though I was at faukt the first time I didnt complain but I am sure someone else must have by now.

As you go to cross a Zebra crossing in our Asda carpark there is a smoking shelter for staff right before it, so you cant see if there is a car coming without going onto the road to see, and the same for a driver, they cant see someone approaching it or about to cross.

It just so happened that the 2nd time which was a few weeks ago, there was a boy racer that flew across the zebra crossing narrowly missing my buggy

I know he should have been approaching it with caution but then I didnt see him coming, someone is going to be badly hurt eventually.
