It was heartbreaking. It really put things in perspective 4 me. Ok my babys dad may not be involved but at least my bump is doing well.

Thats just awful - I am so sorry about your friends loss

I said to OH last night I can't imagine ever being in that situation or knowing someone close in that situation if a TV programme broke my heart!

Not an Emmerdale fan, but saw it tonight and thought the actress who plays the babys mum was very good.

Are you not ment to put babies in travel cots for x amount of nights? I'm confused? Noah's in a travel cot until we move, should he not be? I've taken the little matress outta his crib to make it a little more comfy?

I didn't watch in l.night but caught a bit of it on thismorning, think its just a bit too much for viewing TBH! I just thought about all those people who have actually gone through it, surely it must be the last thing they wanna see?

I think these things should be shown. Upsetting yes,but it was done very sensitively. I believe they had a lot of input from families who had had this awful situation happen to them.

The point of a travel cot is just for while your away, they don't do your babies backs any good being in a travel cot cos of the matresses.

Thats what i heard.

It was horrible to watch last night i had to turn it off.

You can buy matresses for in the travel cot I do kn ow though from having 2 that there is different qualities - I had one for my sister which was quite standard I paid £100 for this one and its alot more padded (Says quilted in descriptions) and comfy - doesn't have the gym look matress.

What I meant above was the sensor monitors I have has a mat that alarms if baby stops breathing - The instructions say not recommended on this kind of cot!

I didn't watch this purposely. I'm nervous enough about when my baby arrives without scaring myself even more. I hope that doesn't sound insensitive, but I really didn't think it would do me any good.

Im a proper crybaby anyway. I cry at the SMA advert on the telly. I dread to think how I would have been with that.
