Help me write a complaint please

Im not usually one to complain so im rubbish at things like this but yesterday i bought a set of 3 mam bottles and after making all three up this morning finding one leaks from the bottle. For those who dont use mam bottles or dont know what they look like the bottom of the bottle also comes off so i did make sure it was tight and it was. After realising it was leaking i emptied the milk out filled it with just cold water and left it on draining board and i went back 10 minutes later to find the bottle nearly empty.

Would be really grateful if you could help me write a complaint because im not happy about spending £13.99 on 3 bottles for one of them to leak and not be useable

I started off using MAM bottles and they just used to leak everywhere, hated them. You should just tell them what you just wrote on here. They might make you send them back and give you a refund

I don't think it matters. If you have tried them all out to check them and they are all the same I guess that would be even more reason to want a refund

I agree, take them back to the shop and say they leak. If the shop won't help then write direct to MAM and see what they say xx
