You really do wonder why people would bother making up stupid stories or pretending to be pregant. This is such a loving forum that no matter what you are, the people are understanding and friendly. There is many people on here who aren't pregnant and still get supposrt from everyone else.

It is really sad! I have had my share of rants over this very issue....But at the end of day you have to just think that these loosers are doing it for a reason. They are sad lonely people seeking attention. It is just too bad that it ends up hurting others. But some things are just out of our controll.

Its not just us Mods that catch these Fakers and Liars, most tips come from you all! Thanks!

I have joined 3-4 forums over the years for various reasons, and it's something that happens in all of them. Most of the time the person will carry on pretending for months and even years. This would lead me to think there must be something psychologically wrong there. Rather than just an elaberate joke. As was said earlier, I think it is a form of loneliness, and the need to fit in, or be excepted. I don't advocate it, I think it's terribly destructive to everyone involved. However I do think there is a great deal more under the surface psychologically in most of the ones I've come across than just someone trying to lie for the sake of it :/

i hate lairs and what i hate most it cheating liars who when they get asked a question cant give u a straight answer and they only tel one side of the story but they f**ked up and got caught out but will not admit it that pee me off one of my mates friend is like that they b**lsh*t all the time it does me nut in cant stand liars i stay away from them

I don't think they realise the full effect of what they do... I suspect they never think they will get caught out and they don't realise how hurtful or damaging it can be to tell such lies. I'm definately not trying to excuse these people - I'm just trying to come up with some sort of explanation for it.

Please don't let them get you down too much - try to remember that the huge majority of people on this site are genuine and only want to share their experience, knowledge and worries - like you! Liars and fakes sadly do exist in forums like this (As they do in all areas of life!) but not everyone is one of them, and you'll be hurting yourself more in the long run if you let them dent your trust in everyone you meet!

Wherever you open your life up to new people you run the risk of getting hurt, but I'd say it's worth it, wouldn't you? And the number of liars and fakes you meet along the way, compared to the number of genuine and lovely people, is really very small.

i didnt realise either. well i believe when you make up storys especially bad ones it will all come back to haunt you. i no not a nice thing to say but people shouldnt ginx there self like that. also just made me think, what if they are a faker who befriends you, an you give out you area or address, they might want to nick your baby. ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh

This thread kinda gives these kind of girls a reason to come to BnB. Even after exposing and banning them we are still giving the attention they crave by talking about it.
