and please dont feel u need to sponser the same as everyone else £1.. £100 it doesnt matter! every little helps

ps.. can i also add, it has a list of all the races across the uk! its only £10 entry(which my work pay for me to to take part as they are a sponser type thing) its only 5km.. and u can walk it!!!

hate to do this again.. but bump!!!

way to start fundraising ideas in work too any suggestions greatfully recieved!!

i ran it last year for my grandad an would run it again this year for my grandad + family friend billy but i will be heavily pregnant so they said no ! will be donating though xx

1. do a sponsered run for just people in your work

2. night out - £15 to come out + as the night progresses keep putting money in a tin of random people including you + your work mates

3. sponsered cook off - pick a dish and get so many people to make it + some judges bu everyone has to donate to get involved even if its only watching.

4. (the hardest one for me) a sponsered silence ! mind you, you could even do one were you cant say a certain word all day + get people to sponsor you to see if you can do it, but make it a hard word like going a work day without saying BUT/OR/AND haha

What about a coffee morning and table sale? Charge a small fee for coffee and biscuits and set up a small table sale with stuff donated from friends and family. Whatever you do I wish you all the best in raising lots of moolah for this very worthwhile cause xXx
