So now the question is how she's going to deliver them. To me, it seems like she's going to have to have one really early.

long as she gets to 37 wks it should be fine only two and half wks between them

yeah, 2 weeks isn't much but twin pregnancies usually end earlier. I'm sure it's 2 weeks earlier than a singleton pregnancy. So one of the babies will be 4 and a bit weeks prem if she makes it full term.

Yeah 2 1/2 weeks isn't a lot. If she got to 39 weeks then they'd both be mature.

I think I have heard of similar before where the first one was taken out by cesaerean and the second was still lfet inside so it could grow on there.
