Well.............

I broke my Laptop

Its my Hardrive. Im using it now, but in safe mode so its a bit slow and weird. Dell is sending us a new hard drive which should be here monday or tuesday. I dont know what happened....My computer is only a month old......

My husband and I were very suprised at how nice and helpfull the tech support was. So hopefully this will all go smoothly.

I saw on a tv program about scams and stuff that people sent off their computers to Dell and didn't get them returned for 2 years, if atall. That made me not trust them. Hopefully your Dell is better out there!

Im just happy that they are sending us the hard drive. Then the Tech is going to call and talk to Hubby and walk him through installing it.
