I just sold my touch screen phone because we needed the money. I forget what it was, but I didn't mind it. I liked it, and when I started using my old phone I kept touching the screen! You just have to make sure you lock it because mine would change the time and date (all the way back to 2006!!) if I didn't lock it.

What Network are you on??

Do a disconnect and reconnect, With us, the system selects what upgrade band your in by your bill spend, and various other factors

If you wanted to keep your same number you would need to ask for a PAC code transfer it to a PAYG sim for a few days, request a PAC code from the network and then call back the original Network you wanted to be with and give them the PAC code again once you're reconnected.

With a new connection they can't deciede you're not eligable for a PDA because they have no idea of your usage.

The reason for it is basically because they have to buy the handset from the manufactor which is known as high cost for a PDA, they look at your beill spend to see if they can discount the handset to you, basically your tarrif/spend needs to bring back the value of the handset in which they paid to the manufactor and also go towards usage. IE Calls etc, Text msging is not quite so relevant as it actually costs the network nothing to send texts, but obviosuly they still want to make money on it.

But on the otherhand I have a Nokia 6500 Classic it think its great

x

I'm with o2, I quite like bring with them. I've just spoken to them re my plan and currently I get 2000mins a month and 100 txt a month for £30 but I currently have £10 discount which I will lose next month! I never use more than 500 mins so theres 1500 mins getting wasted and I awlays go well over my texts! They've just offered me 600 mins & 500 text plus a free bolt on (I can decide what I want) with the Nokia N95 but that is only available on a 18 month contract.

I don't really like the idea of 18 months but I want that phone......I think ???
