physio therapy


just been to the hospital and i have to have physio on my ankle....

is pretty standard in an injury hun, i had to have physio wen i broke my ankle, then again wen i sprained it, as did darren

As Yvanne says standard procedure-I was supposed to have it when I disclocated my knee 4 times ago, but didnt go.

They go through exercises with you, to strengthen your injury.

All very boring!

Dale has had 5 months of Physio for his car crash in Sept for whip lash!

It will be things like rotating your ankle, not actually walking, but weight baring and a walking motion to get it used to it again.....that sort of thing, exercises to strengthen it again. I had to have it for months after I tore my ligaments in my ankle and was in plaster for a couple of months! D'oh! x
