It was raining earlier but now its just very very windy!

Just a bit chilly here!

I have -5 celsius, that's 28.4 F í think. There's plenty of snow and there's a storm coming. We've had some crazy storms in december and january, ripping roofs of houses and making allt sorts of mess I love them tbh As long as my roof is ok

But Iceland isn't as cold as it sounds

Well our weather has now changed to being very very windy!!! It woke me up at 7.30 this morning - I was not a happy bunny! The trouble is our bedroom is up in the roof and the wind really howls around the eaves - doesn´t help that we live 700m up a mountain, if we were down in the valley it probably wouldn´t be as bad!

Hehe... So many people think that Alaska is covered in snow year round too but it is so not that bad. Summer might be short (2-3 months) but it is summer.

I've been asked many times by foreigners on the internet if I live in an igloo I always say "yeah, but a fancy one with internet connection and an elevator"

Hehe... Yup! I live in an igloo. I own penguins and I ride my polar bear to work!!!

Gotta love misconceptions!!!!! Everyone in California still asks me how my igloo is in every phone call. LOL!

I would love to see Iceland someday! (I love to travel!)
