Too many mushrooms...what can i make?!

I have tonnes of mushrooms...what can i make with them?? Something nice and simple? x

What kind of mushrooms? You can make a stirfry, shish kebabs, lasagna with mushrooms and pesto instead of tomato sauce, mushroom burger, good ol' english fry up with mushrooms, mushroom pizza. Yummmmm. I love mushrooms.

Curry, I love chinese mushroom curry. Not sure how to make it though!!

Garlic mushrooms-slice them up, put them in a oven proof dish with some chopped cloves of garlic, some white wine,a knob of butter, some water & a splash of brandy if you have any in & bake in the oven til they are soft. They're yummy.
Or Mushroom soup, i dont have a good recipee as OH hates mushrooms bit you should be able to find a good one if you google

Mushroom Risotto .. SO good and really easy to make.

Heres a recipe for it. I like this website because you can change the serving number to give you the correct amount of ingredients for say, 2 people.

I don't bother getting the specific kinds of Mushrooms when I make it, I just use the normal button ones.
