just found out the booklet what came with the steamer and it says for baby sweetcorn steam for 35 mins.

im confused now.
how come baby sweetcorn takes 35 mins but then off that website it say 10 to 15 mins for 'normal' sweetcorn.

ha ha im watching ready steady cook and the italian bloke is cooking sweetcorn in the microwave but its in the skin but he isnt adding water.

oh so will it take longer in an electric steamer?

yes i think electric steamers take longer if you cook your carrots in 10min and i cook them in 4
