I'm Currently Feeling:  | Electricity Bill
I'm so annoyed got a final electricity bill today from British Gas - i switched to another supplier 12 months ago!!!! Phoned as i thought it must be a mistake, nope they have just had a backlog processing them. I was so angry said i wanted to complain so she said it's been logged so i said what happens with the complaint now - nothing it's just logged on the computer. What is the point in that!!!! And if i don't pay the bill they will refer to a debt colection agency how unreasonable. I will be writing a letter of complaint not sure it will do anything, i've never had so many problems with a gas./electricity supplier ever they have been a nightmare from start to finish!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | n power are awful too. I got a bill just before christmas dated from the beginning of august. I didnt switch to them til the end of September???!! |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | DON'T PAY IT! It's not legal! They can only charge you for energy used in the past 12 months, - I've been having the same trouble with British Gas, claiming I owe them money from over a year ago when I don't. Energy watch regulations say that they can only bill you for the past 12 months, - national debt helpline will confirm it and tell you what to write in a letter |

I'm Currently Feeling: | no huni, they can't make you pay, I'm having hells tears getting mine sorted, now BG deny me ever having an account with them but their debt collection company are still hassling me....happy days eh? |
