That's sad

But it's scary how often it happens. A while back here in SA there was a huge problem with it. It seemed to be the in thing. For about 4-5 weeks almost every day we heard of yet another baby that had been found in a river or abandoned in a field, found in a gutter, found in a garbage bin, found in a plastic bag! (I remember that one clearly)

Most of the time the mothers were nowhere to be found. We also had an issue recently where a midwife was stealing babies from hospitals and killing them.

It's truly sad how people can do this

We had that probmem (not as bad) Here in the US but now they have made it so that if you want to abandom your child you can do so with in a certain amount of time with no questions asked as long as you take it to the hospital to do it. ( I think thats how it works)
