Jamies Italian - Complaint Result

You know there have been a few posts lately where we have been complaining?

Well, we wrote yet another complaint email off after our weekend in Bath about the service (or lack of) we recieved in Jamies Italian - we didn't even sit down it was that bad.

Anyway, got a good email reponse from them and then today £50 worth of vouchers arrived with a note saying that we are to enjoy a meal on them when we are in Brighton next (we mentioned it to them in the email chain)

So we shall go along and see how it is - credit where it's due, thats a fairly sizeable token.
