Open university question

As there seem to be a few students on here I thought one of you might be able to help.

I want to do the Business Studies and Economics degree starting asap. I've done a year at uni doing Law and have an A level in Business Studies

I want to start with the level 2 Business functions in context (oct to jun) but its telling me to do the level 1 intro to business studies which is november to april. I did want to do 60 points worth of courses in employment law and company law but I wont be able to do one of them if i do the intro to business studies one.

I want to complete the degree in 4 years max and bear in mind I'm a baby in December

I don't really get how it works if I'm entirely honest.

I did 2 years study for a maths degree at uni and am now starting the same at OU but having to start from level 1 because I dont understand the credit transfer thing. They said doing level 1 gets you used to how OU study works as well. Good luck though!

You could have transferred all your credits as long as you done x points at level 3, I understand the transfer thing as I looked into it when i was leaving uni I just dont know whether I would need to do a level 1 course when I have already done uni level study just in a different subject
