Grr

Bethanie's car seat arrived from Mamas and Papas today, do you think this is acceptable:

I blimmin don't but can I complain to Mamas and Papas about it? I don't know if it's their fault do I, so do any of you know what to do? My boyfriends brothers girlfriend got the delivery so I don't know which company delivered it but she told me that he said "it's damaged, but nothing is missing" as if they were nothing to do with it??

EDIT - I've complained! but i'll leave this here for everyone to have a moan anyway :P

Def not acceptable!

I got a large parcel yesterday, something that could easily be broken if mis handled - there were footprints on the box! Why on earth would someone be putting their feet on the box???

There's no way thats acceptable
The law is that they are responsible for the item until it gets to you
So if it was damaged while it was being moved etc, still their responsibility.
Thats the people who sold it to you, not the company who delivered it.
Speaking as someone who works in retail, if you complain enough they will give you what you want! lol
Hope it gets sorted

xx

Considering a carseat needs to be replaced if it gets bumped, that doesnt seem very well packaged either....

I wouldn't accept that - unfit it Tilly & send it back but still continue with your complaint & discust!

I would have thought a carseat would be better packaged than that because like someone said once a carseat has been in an accident it should be changed but I can't see the diff between accident and being battered around on delivery!
