I remember learning in a "drugs and behaviour" class that heroin used to be sold by the Bayer (sp?) drug company in the 1800's I believe, they later stopped selling it once they realized how addictive it was. Also an interesting side note, Morphine is very simillar to heroin, but has a an added component that makes it cross the blood brain barrier more easily, sooo if your allergic to morphine, you probably want to stay away from the heroin as well |

I felt fantastic immediately after my c-section, can't say the feeling lasted for long at all though once they took me off the drip though unfortunately! It sucks, you go from feeling great to feeling like shit in a very short period of time! |
