I forgot all about yorkshire puddings! and there one of the best parts!

Really easy to do, you just make sure you put in the same amount of everything so use a measuring jug or something. 3 eggs (see where they some up to on measuring jug), tip them into bowl, same amount of flour and same amount of milk. give it all a really good stir (no lumps).

put your yorkshire tray in the oven before hand so red hot with a little bit of fat in each hole so that they dont stick. add the mixture and shive in the oven for 15/20 mins on full heat! just keep a check on them.

recipie

100 g (4 oz) Plain Flour pinch salt 1 medium egg 300 ml (½ pint) milk (or milk and water) 1 Mix flour and salt in a basin, make a hollow in the centre and drop in egg. 2 Stir with a wooden spoon and add liquid gradually, until all the flour is worked in. 3 Beat well and add remaining liquid. N.B. The consistency should be like single cream.

1 Heat oven to 230ºC, 450ºF, Gas Mark 8. 2 Heat oil or fat in shallow tin or 12 patty tins. Place in oven until haze appears. 3 Pour all the batter into the tin, or almost fill patty tins. Bake for about 30 minutes for a large pudding, 20 minutes for small ones.

If im cooking pork, lamb or chicken I always make slits in the meat and push garlic cloves into the meat. Gives such a nice flavouring
