Yeah deffo looks like a standard response. Thats the thing with these big corporations, they don't give a dam really and she won't get into trouble with it.

Hehe go back to the shop and ACTUALLY spill something.....
(sorry I have these evil thoughts sometimes)

yeah considering i didnt give a name there is no way they can 'speak to the member of staff'

That reply was a bit basic. Didnt they even send you any vouchers as an apology? I would complain again.

yeah that reply was pants.... they wont do anything... id go back n try n get her name then take upwith store manager..

no vouchers no nothing, actually i didnt complain to get vouchers because i never intend on stepping foot in that store again!!

i too think that reply was a little too basic! i think it was bloody disgusting how they treated you tezzy!

I know you are in the same area as me..so wondering if it was the main one in Rhyl? Im boycotting that one as the customer service is awful in there and the 'people' they employ are utter idiots! THe reply you got was a standard letter..if i were you i would find someone whos high up and write to them personally, enclosing the letter they sent to you as its of no use to you as its a canned response! I would have gone mental at her, so well done at keeping your cool!
