We had a Huge Storm go through our town today. It started this morning around 3 am.... Hubby and I went to work but the power went out and was home by 11am. But this is what we came home to.....
Yes I know... I still have my pumkins out. But LOOK AT THIS! That could have really hurt if it was a person
Well Needless to say, we have alot of work to do this weekend.
Ill have to watch the news at 5pm to see what they say about other damage. We were without power for awhile. No fun. My poor neighbor has huge leaks and her Hubby wont be home until late, so my Hubby has been over there taking care of her problems. Ours is just outside, thank goodness we have no leaks.
It is frusterating. The hardest part was just sitting there watching it happen. Wouldnt let hubby on roof with the weather so bad. I have a call into my Insurance comapny. Hopefully they will come out tomorrow and look at it so we can fix the roof. Im hoping to get a new roof, but we shall see. If insurance will cover a new roof, then we will pay someone to do it. If not, we are not going to file the claim because it will cost us less to repair it ourselves rather than paying our deductable.
That could have really hurt if it was a person
