Rescue Remedy.....

Have any of you used it before? Just wondering what form is best? They have drops, spray or pastilles....

Got a REALLY important day coming up and need some calming!

i use it all the time! i usually use the drops as they work quick i bought the pastilles the other there good put not as good as the drops i dont think xx

I've got the rescue remedy drops and cream. I used the drops during labour. I certainly didn't feel worse for them but I was having homeopathy too so it's hard to say what if any effect the drops had.

I use the spray because I'm scared of flying when I go on holiday... It tastes slightly like whiskey, it worked, maybe that's why!

no i never feel spaced out they calm me right down and make me feel relaxed! x

Drops! Awesome stuff. I also give the pet version to my cat. He goes thru phases of constant meowing and pacing, I put some of that behind his ears and hes shut up and asleep in 5 minutes.
