My midwife got me to get some to help with the baby blues and stuff. My mum got me the night one and it was great for helping me get to sleep and it tasted like honey. I've since bought the normal one but not needed it yet so not tried it. I used the drops.

I used the spray before my driving test and passed first time, it calmed me right down.

My friend/coworker keeps the spray in her desk at work, and several of us haved used it before. I really need to buy some of my own b/c it helped calm me down when I was stressing about something.
