Supposed to be at my cookery evening class, but I couldn't face 2 hours stood cooking in public. They were doing kedgeree anyway tonight and I hate fish.

We were proper lazy yesterday an got an indian take-away!
Today I wanted hot chicken salad but when I went to the shop the lettuce was well YAK so I'm going to make chicken supreme & rice instead?
