Each to their own - but the only thing i dont like is what if they were in a car crash or something someone could risk their life trying to save that doll thinking it was real

one of those women didn't want a real baby, she just wantedsomething to dress up and push around - some people have little dogs for that others buy dolls I guess. The others on there were quite elderly so wouldn't be able to adopt or foster.

I can't remember someone making them, though it must be a good business, the price they go for. Saying that I guess they take alot of hours to make

i so knew thered be a post on this lol. all i can say is how disturbed it made me, to see people dressing them and pushing them around and calling it her 'baby' when she goes through actual labour then she can call it her baby. and as for saying about waiting for the labor and taking forever, she should try ACTUAL labour. and as for sending it back because it wasnt quite perfect,!?>* that! should i have done that with Kabe? ooh, sorry, he isnt quite right, get back up there you, or demand another child? im sorry i just dont understand it, i dont think theres anything wrong with the lady who wanted one to remember her grandson by and people wanting them as memories, but dressing them, buying them prams, taking them out, giving them breathing mechanisms and changing their nappies and doing their hair, actually disturbed me.

sorry if i offended anyone, but if she wants a child that much, she should just have one, she said they just never got round to it, tough shit!

Lilmumma, I'm glad she only has dolls! A real baby would be too imperfect ,messy and make horrid smells. If she had a real baby she would realise that those clothes she bought were very impractical !

I didn't see it, but I saw the 3 min clip just now on C4's website. I would like to watch the whole episode though. If people want to buy them, thats their business as beanie said BUT personally, I think it's a bit sick.

for some people it's easier said than done...

I do agree with your points though, it makes me cringe
