I read this news article online today about changing your baby's name. Like, you name your baby Mike then a year later realize you wish you named your baby Matt, and then have it legally changed. I never really thought about that, or even thought people actually did that. It was an interesting read.
In the article it gave an example of one little girl who found out her parents had first named her Emma and later changed it to Caroline...and the little girl then made it known that she would have actually preferred Emma over Caroline! That must have been a "doh!

" moment for the parents!
I remember my parents telling me they almost named me Carol! I'm glad they didn't because I like my name a lot more than that

, but the article made me think...what if my name was different?
