I'm Currently Feeling:  | makesure you have your desktop as you want it to post, then click the button on your keyboard in the top right hand corner that says PrtSc and SysRq on it, it wont seem to do anything, but it will, then open paint or another grahics programme, press Ctrl and V or click paste (both the same) and it should appear, you need to save it to your comp and then upload to a photo website and post the [img] code it gives you on here
