im not sure what to say hun as they advise wait a year after sections but if u r careful and dont do anything too strenuous all could turn out fine i expect they will keep an eye on u also hope all works out ok xxx
Yeah....I'm not too sure what I can say.
Congratulations..
I'm sure the doctors will keep a close eye on you.
Medical science does miracles these days
Best of luck
They class the section as major abdominal surgery, and i was advised 1 year to make sure all layers fully repaired! But having said that when i did my nurse training 15 years ago we used to advise 2 years between pregnancies! Best person to advise would be your gynae consultant. Bodies can cope with alot.Good luck
My daughter Izzie was born naturally, but i had an op a day later to correct a problem which the pregnancy had caused on my kidneys, following a kidney trasplant when i was 11. Anyways, i had surgery and was advised a year also. When me and my partner BD's 3 WEEKS!!! later i fell pregnant by accident, despite using protection, it was a little complicated and i was instructed to have bed rest a lot of the time, but it just wasnt possbile with Izzie around as well. Kabe came early, due to other reasons, but apart from that the pregnancy was ok, i was put on injections weekly for it and told to constantly use a cream given to me around the area of my operation to prevent any problems. But it didnt appear to cause any, although Kabe was here at 29 weeks so i didnt go full term, i never really had any problems, it was a little painful as grew, but nothing to cause too much discomfort. I know its different from a C/S but it was still an operation which has same sort of effect.
