I'm Currently Feeling:  | My Turduckens finished - with photos!
I had a panic this afternoon! I left work, popped to my brothers to deliver the presents, and he was in the kitchen in a real mess! He was doing a turkey, boned and stuffed with a loin of pork surrounded by stuffing. He started boning the turkey at 9am, and had just finished at 1pm!!! I had a turkey, chicken and duck to do!!!!!! OMG! Well, I have no idea what he had been doing for 4 hours, because I got home at 2pm, and by 4.15pm, the Turducken was finished! I hope it tastes as good as I think it looks!!
 It's sitting in the oven waiting for the timer to come on - it's got to be cooked for 13 hours, so the oven will come on at 11.30pm! Anyway, photos of my progress - don't look if you are meat squeamish. The chicken - boned  The duck - half done  The duck - 2 halves done  The duck - boned  The turkey - half done  The turkey - boned  Turkey with Sausagemeat stuffing on  With the duck on top and sage and onion stuffing on that  With the chicken on top and lemon and thyme stuffing on that, and starting to sew  Sewn and trussed  With the bacon on top - looks like a real turkey doesn't it!!!! 
The oven's set to come on in a bit, and I'll take some more photos in the morning! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | The smell in the house is amazing this morning! It looks lovely!
Only downside is that it's pouring out fat becuase of the duck, and I have to keep draining it, and it weighs a ton!!!!  |
