Grrr Amazon

Im so annoyed. I've just been scammed. Im usually so careful as well.

about 2 weeks ago I bought the Sims 3 on amazon for £18.99 plus £2.50 p&p... money came out of my account right away... so 2 weeks on, no sims.. i went on to the sellers profile and in the last week all feedback has gone to negative.
This seller has taken EVERYONES money and not provided the goods. So looks like im going to have to go through the long process of getting my money back.

I think they've collapsed because 2 weeks ago they had over 1000 sellers and had 98% positive feedback.

Maybe something's happened to the seller? I saw a similar thing on ebay a few months back - seller had good feedback, 100% and a lot of it...then all of a sudden just got negatives all the way through within a couple of days.... Everyone got mad and started ranting and raving, saying he was ripping them off, con artist etc, some VERY over the top and unnecessarily offensive comments...but he hadn't left any feedback recently, replied to any feedback and I mean, with a clear record you wouldn't just suddenly start taking people's money and not sending the goods. A few of us suggested that he could've been rushed to hospital/very unwell or something like that.

Have you been able to get in contact with the seller at all? Does Amazon provide a contact telephone number for sellers?

Thats exactly why I dont use Amazon market place. Heard way too many bad stories and Amazon dont help you out either.
