As its something quite serious as a foregien object in the food i'm pretty sure they'll do more than just replace the item, At the end of the day ASDA has its reputation to look after and the last thing it needs is to alienate a cusstomer

Its more than likely its been a simple mistake during the packaging proccess

I hope they resolve it quckly and swiftly let us know how it goes
