So jay went out today with our 100$ gift card for wal-mart and bought me a gift for christmas. Which was like the whole gift card. He had the gift in the back of the jeep and hit a bump... he didn't close the hatch all the way and it flew out on the road while he was going about 90-100 kms an hour. So it's gone and trashed I have no idea what it is. So I feel kinda bad for Jay for that dumbass move lol im kinda choked that the gift card has been wasted oh well he'll have to think of something else

Soooo Jay was determined to get this gift back. It was on the side of the road (right on the edge of the "fast lane") so we saw where it was... The only problem was that traffic is usually pretty thick and I was not going to allow him to run accross 3 lanes of traffic driving at speeds of 90-120 km/h..... we couldnt just pull over either.. thats asking for us to be squished. So I suggested he call the cops and see if they would dispatch one of their guys to come help us out.. And they did!!!
So the cop came and drove behind us with his lights flashing to the present (which is a nice new sewing machine!!! ) and we managed to snag it!!!
So the machine was in perfect condition although you wouldn't know it by the box. But it is broken. The manual hand turn on the right side got pushed in pretty bad.. so what we did was bought another sewing machine, and we're going to take the broken one, put it in the nicer box and bring it back lol so it wasn't a waste!!! Yup clever one I am So yeah I got my xmas present early! Poor jay was so sad. He really wanted me to have it on xmas day. Oh well what can u do?? Im pretty happy I cant wait to start sewing some blankets for my lil Angel
