Emma is down for her nap, but due to there being painters in earlier the living room is the only safeplace, and even then the window has to be open. But there are kids playing outside, REALLY making a noise and she just wont settle and is now very grumpy

I have covered part of her basket with blankets (there is no way she can pull them in or they can fall in the basket) in an attempt to muffle the sound, but other than asking these like 10 kids (who have their parents out with them) to be quiet there isnt anything I can do
