Cows milk

At the min Bethanie drinks SMA Progress, but as shes a year old next week we're thinking of swapping her to cows milk.

I know it's fine from a year, but is it ok for them to drink all of the time? (I think SMA progress is made from cows milk anyway but with extra iron?) She has a good diet anyway, so im not worried about her missing anything from the SMA.. plus we won't miss the extra £'s we pay for it!

Any advice? help much appreciated thanks.

My sister has had my nephew on cows milk since he was a year old, he's 18 months now, and absolutely fine!
