If you're good with computers, help?

If you download a program and it's a zipped file.. how do you install?

I told my sister I would do this for her at like midnight and I haven't, and I have no idea how to, I just wanted her to shut up

You need an 'unzipping' program, ie: WinZip.

You can d/l it a trial for free here http://www.winzip.com/trialpay.htm

Then you open the file with 'Winzip' and it unzips it into a folder of your choice. Then you install the unzipped files as you would any other file
There are loads of other free unzipping programs tho, you just need to google for them.

Windows has something built in that automatically extracts files with out having to DL any other program. Just click the file and it should ask where you want to extract it too. I normally do it right to desktop. Then just install as normal.

Good luck!

I was just going to suggest Win Zip. It works great. Then I just uninstall it when the free trial is over. And re install if I need it again... Not too hard....(I only have to un-zip maybe 2 times a year)
