I'm Currently Feeling: | Am I bad/rude? This is a nice quiet street. Have two neighbours hardly there one that stays in America mostly and one that has been doing his house for a couple of years but lives with his GF. Yesterday morning til afternoon the NOISE was crazy just not what you wanna hear is it when your shattered from a newborn etc. more applies to my OH its him thats been on night duty for the past 2 nights just kind of sat here this morning and they are off again at 8.30am (not sure which guy it is) - yesterday they had scaff-holdings (sp) up the back of the house I went to get in the shower and seen them outside my window ffs !
Anyway stop rambling Ive just been out and asked as polite as I could if there were many of these noisy mornings to come. I don't want to be rude but I kinda wanted to know how long to expect it for ya know hope he doesnt think Im rude. He asked did he wake us and I said no just have a newborn and honestly just wondered how long to expect it for! Didnt want to make him feel bad but yer it was kinda disturbing yesterday. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I donīt think thats rude at all - if its going to be noisy for a while, Iīd want to know roughly for how long, especially with the lack of sleep you are all getting at the moment anyway. You can put up with it easier if you know its not gonna go on for too long - which hopefully is the case!!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I dont think you was rude at all, i wouldn't worry about it.
we regularly fall out with our next door neighbour, its more a case of the walls are paper thin. She moans if we have have friends round and can hear us talking into the early hours and she has tele blaring constantly, its a nightmare. She was knocking on the wall the other morning when i was watching the news!!!
We can hear her opening and shutting drawers when we are in bed! Doesn't help that she has a right gob on her, we try to lay low most of the time, but my OH was fuming in a row a few months back, he called her a witch! LOL
God knows what she going to be like when she hears a new born screaming! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yvanne had it been me up in the night I'd not have been so polite either but I guess people have to get things done. I think its the guys whos just doing house up & lives with his lass so I assume the house will be up for sale when complete.
Thats bad Jules!!! Now at that I'd bloody hammer the wall back at her to piss her off I hope she doesn't do it when theres a baby heard that would definatly make me loose my cool!
I don't mind noisy neighbours to be honest those that dont take the piss because at the end of the day we all with children or not have a night or 2 through the year where we're celebrating something, have friends/family around etc etc so its nice when you and your neighbours are less complaining of each other if its not every weekend! Stupid thing was he was like oh I don't start until about 8.30 earliest ... like 8.30 was ok lol I guess it would be for people who are out at work but we're not and if I was at work thats in my second room downstairs |
