Virgin ~ BT .... Both shit service providers but who else is there? You always have to have one for the phone line at least! Grrrr!

Virgin Media are shit, when it was Telewest there was never a problem with my internet at home, but now my mum has all sorts of problems (especially with the phone line, so much so.. that shes moving back to BT).

Here at my boyfriends, the internet goes slow every so often. He rang to arrange someone to come round and they didn't even turn up (I was waiting for the door all day). So he called again and when we missed them because they came at stupid am, they instantly write to you to tell you you're being charged £10, useless!

My boyfriend works for BT, and works his arse off though!

i have no idea what was wrong with it, i was on the phone to them for ages, they ran tests and said, yep its defo broken, i have a guy coming out on friday to fix it...must cancell him today before i forget!

I turned everything off for a couple of hours and then it worked again lol

Theres a booster they can put on Layla or something like that if it goes down a few times with no reason for it. we had it attached to ours so if it happens now and then get them to still come out check things over.
