I don't understand what you mean, how do you hurt your mouth? You tried to find the end of the sello did you? and ended up sticking it to your lip?

Much better, my lips didnt stick at least

The piece of tape folded over and i only had one hand so i grabbed an end with my teeth and it stuck to my lips
