Great- they are home!!

I was so pissed off to find out what BT had done. They have gave us so much hassle this last month. I won't bore you but 3 accounts we have conflicting with each other (as a woman at BT said "someone royally fucked up") we loose a service every week last week was phone and it should have been sorted now this not only that they completely wiped us making the installation a new one now taking 5 working days. This is our income too (internet) so clap hands for BT they think a few quid will cover the compo ... I dont think so going to go ape on some managers ass when BB is back up. They have an angry Mummy who couldn't share her news when she should have been able to!
