Lovely day relaxing

Hi all,

Sonnys mum traded in her BMW for a different model and got a free spa day with it. It isn't her thing, so she gave it to my mum for her 50th birthday. My mum took me the other day (2nd dec) and it was amazing! I didn't think I was a "spa kind of person" either, but I really loved it. We sat in the different saunas, ate at the café, sat in massage chairs, went in outdoor hottubs, the main pool, jacuzzi, tepedarium (warmed mosiac kind of couches, but so comfy). It's a 5 star hotel and spa apparently, you could tell as it was so gorgeous, mosiac style everywhere and so clean. We used so many towels lol (well they were everywhere) and had a lovely day walking around in our slippers and dressing gowns.

Id love to take my mum again sometime, but stay at the hotel as well as i've been living with Sonny for almost a year now and don't get to see mum a lot, so it was great to spend time together like we used to and have a laugh.

Here is a link to it: http://www.pennyhillpark.co.uk/EXCLUSIVE_H.../the_hotel.aspx

If you'd like to find out what the different types of experiences are, click here: http://www.goodspaguide.co.uk/treatment_de...s.cfm?e=100#640
We used the Laconium, Tepadarium and all of the aroma saunas etc.

I've not been to a spa before, but if you go to one.. make this it. Pretty expensive etc, but worth it.. I will be saving to go again. It was a really nice break from daily life and im in love with it lol. (I promise im not paid by them to advertise )
