I'm Currently Feeling: | Yay!!! Congratulations to you both Charl and Stu.
Stu, you sound like such a proud Daddy already!
Well done Charl on such a long labour hun. Sounds like you need some rest. Can't wait to see the pictures.
Stu - if you get time on the way back to the hossie today, get some tea tree oil. It's great for an episiotomi (sp?), tell her to put a couple of drops in a bath, and also a couple of drops on the sanitary towel. It'll help the wound heal.
I told Kayleigh you were in labour last night when she went to bed, and she sends her hugs and kisses to you all.
Imi - thanks for the text in the night hun. It meant I woke up with a smile on my face this morning!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oooh Amanda, you have reminded me that lavender oil is a good one too!! Just thought I would add that as I was recommended that and I healed much faster after starting to use it (in the bath) |

Charlene and Caitlin are both doing well. Caitlin was born December 3rd @ 11.20pm weighing in at 7lb exactly.
Charlene was in labour for 23 hours so opted for an epidural... she was so exhausted by the end of it they had to give her an appeasiotomy(sp?).
Anywhoo just wanted to let everyone know that mother and baby are doing well. I have some photos, but me being an emotional reck at them mo left the camera at the hospital: so will have to upload them later today.
right going to get a shower and a quick kip and will post again when i get back from the hospital later
S.C> | Spot the mistake.......(how tired).........your daughter was born on the 2nd Stu!!!!!! You don't wanna get that date wrong, us women are not good at forgiving, especially when pressies are involved! lol! I have just spoke to Wobs, she is doing well very achey and tired but her and Caitlin are doing just fine! She is a very happy chappy! She just wants rid of her drip as that is annoying her and she also wants to come home today if she is allowed, but that is not clear as yet. But all in all, doing great!!!! x |
