Wedding ring test

Hi, i'm not sure where to put this so i just assume it'll be under Chatter. If i'm wrong,feel free to move it

Maybe there's already a thread about this somewhere but i couldn't find it. I know it's just a old wives tale but bear with me ok.

I tried the wedding ring test..ring and hair..and it says that my 1st was a boy ( i mc early tri so not sure) , 2nd a girl (true) and 3rd boy (true)..now i'm expecting again and i tried with the ring again few days ago and it went boy and paused for a second or two and started to swing again indicating boy. Twins?

Now my question is, does anyone here tried it & it turn out to be correct especially for those who expecting twins ( who tried this before the US).

Just curious..

my dad tried it when i was pregnant with katie, i'm not married so he tried it with a needle, which is also meant to work. but he fixed it lol and was moving it, think its really hard to do tbh without moving it!

At that time did it say girl? I mean before you even knew the sex?
