Open University 2009


I know there are a few of us doing OU courses this year so i thought id start a thread for OU chat and maybe even support for those doing the same course.

Im doing - understanding children - 1st June 09 and then introduction to counselling - 1st Oct 09

All the materials for the 1st one arrived today so im really excited now

Anyone else??

I'm finshing mine on the 9th of june but i'm not sure if i'll be doing another one in october or wait until february as i'm starting another course.

Im doing this one in Sep - Islam in the west: the politics of co-existence and in feb Im doing, Law: the individual and the state. Not sure how Im going to manage with housework, baby, job and studying...

DB123 - Personal Finance, part of my Business Studies degree. Its my fourth course.
Cant beleive I am still going with a newborn! Its so hard when its TMA and ECA time xx

To those of you already doing or having done a course how easy do you find it to discipline yourself to studying?
My worry is that i wont motivate myself to study when im tired but im really hooping this wont happen

I start my first course with Open Uni in october.Working towards a degree in childhood and youth studies. Call me a freak, but I CANT WAIT to study again
