This is gonna be way TMI but i've been up all night being sick.
I must have stomach bug but woke every hour i'm such a baby when sick
I really can't handle it. my stomach is turning like mad now.
I feel so guilty as my mother gone shopping in Cardiff so she have took Summer and Jack for few hours but I feel guilty but theres no way i'd be any fun for them today my head is spinning and even the thought of food is making me feel ill.

any ideas on how too settle my stomach may go abck too bed now and catch up on sleep I feel so lost without Summer and Jack X

milk will help or make it worse....depends on a few things

dry bread will do the same as milk

eat nothing and only have little sips of water, is prob a tummy bug hun, loads goin about xx

me and Rhys have both been sick all morning with a tummy bug... wonderful

i've honestly not ate a thing since yesterday afternoon. I think sickness have gone though as not had any since 10am ish this morning my stomach don't feel 100% and my head is spinning, my whole body is aching so might try bowl rice krispies and 2 paracetmols before bed.

Chris has come home from work and spent all eveing in the bathroom being sick and this evening Jack threw up over me after his tea and Summer looking pale. phew not having great day I have feeling going too be a crappy weekend before we 100%

Thank you feeling so much better now just tired. was up quite a bit with Jack being Sick then Summer started being sick this afternoon then again after her bath so she was back in there before bed and she just thrown up again about 10pm so just changed her the bed etc and washed her fast best I can but she is gonna need a bath in morning too wash her hair because sicky smell.

thanks for the advice i'm sure by monday we'll all be 100% but no sooner they get rid of one bug they get another thats trouble since all these playgroups we go too X
