My baby has become a lady!

This is my Staffordshire Bull Terrier pup Lani and she is 8 months old,

Last night she officially became a lady as she is now having her 1st season

She is being so relaxed about it all and me being her mum I am so proud of her! lol... Sad I know but hey ho

We are going to have her spayed in 3 months, Friends and family keep saying we should breed her as she is an amazing staffy with the most chilled out temperament..but she is my baby and i couldnt do it as i wouldnt be able to get rid of the puppies! I would have my hands a bit too full then lol

She is gorgeous isn't she

She is sulking alot today bless her so i went and got her some doggy chocolate to cheer her up as there's nothing better when AF is visiting

How sweet of you! Yea she must be a bit freaked out with all the changes! When I had a dalmation and she went into heat she used to try escape over the fence to find some boys! The park was crazy too, used to get about 10 random dogs come over and go crazy because they could smell her!

We have been advised to keep her in whilst she is in season, so she only has the garden to run around in till its all over

All she wants to do is cuddle, so she is wrapped up in an old fluffy dressing gown now and my Boxer is snuggling up to her. I think she can sense something is up.
