Best not buy any more and finish your last ciggie and then thats it. avoid the shop. Its always the first few days thats the killer as soon as you have got past a week it becomes alot easier. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I found another 20 in kitchen (thought I'd had last pack)
Just think maybe I've tormented myself smoking when I get up then nothing!
I done it both ways before & OH said I did better when I got up with nothing & said to get up an have a boiled egg & soilders & start the tabs I have (which shud be started from when you get up)
I planned to do that today but bought too many fags yesterday so didn't have them smoked (minus the packet I didnt know was still there) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My suggestion for you on quitting smoking......
You are counting the cigs. Stop counting them. You need to wake up one morning and just do it. COLD TURKEY. Then once you make it past day one, wake up the next day and do it again. But you will only go mad if you are counting the cigs.  I woke up on March 31st of this year and have not smoked since. YOU CAN DO IT! |
